ORGANIZATIONAL BELIEFS

No paid positions

We do not have membership.  We believe that by being born again we become part of the Body of Christ and that is sufficient.

All meetings are open to everyone.

Any money gifts to WEBF cannot be designated for specific things. 

Everyone’s input is of equal value.

We will “keep it simple” and work to avoid unnecessary bureaucracy.

There is no hierarchy of power.

Leadership meetings 2nd  Sunday following Worship Service.

Copies of minutes will be posted.

Prayer will precede everything that we do.

As best we can, we will follow what happened in the church as described in Acts 2.  We will encourage giving as the Lord leads and there will be a small basket at the back of the sanctuary and from what the Lord puts in that basket, we will share wherever there is a need that He leads us to.
